Tokens refill continuously. Orders, amends, cancels and order-group calls draw the Write bucket; everything else draws Read. Batch calls are billed per item. A drained Write bucket means the bot has stopped trading without erroring.
The signing key lives in the worker's secret store. It is never sent to the browser, never written to Postgres, and never returned by any endpoint this page can reach.
